All email templates, except the invitation (first email sent after adding the user or employee ) can be translated.
In order to do it, you have to follow the steps below:
1. Go to settings -> email templates;
2. Choose the email template that you want to translate;
3. Click on the world icon on the right side;
4. Choose the language you would like to have it translated;
5. Translate it and hit save.

Important remarks:
1. The language in which the employee will receive the email will the depend on the language chosen when accessing the app for the first time;
2. Because of point 1 above, we recommend that the invitation email contains all languages existing in the app or, only English in case it is an international company.
3. In case you make use of filters, another option is to filter the email template when creating it and creating an email for each filter. For example, if you have an office in Portugal and therefore has a filter called "Portugal" you can add a template in Portuguese and choose the filter "Portugal" in the template. That way, all employee that have the "Portugal" filter assigned will receive the email in Portuguese.
