Before going further it is important to know that the timing of a learning page is dependent on the timing of the whole learning page module. In order to check that, follow the steps below:
1. Go to modules -> choose the module where the learning page that you are trying to edit is;
2. Hit edit:
3. Check the timing of the module:
4. In this example, the module is available from 14 days before the first workday until 60 days after the first workday of the employee. Therefore, all the learning pages within this module will respect this timing. Keep that in mind when editing the timing of your learning page!
Now, in order to set a timing for your learning page, you can follow the steps below:
1. Go to the learning page you would like to edit;
2. Hit the three dots that are located in the top bar within the learning page:
3. Click on "edit page settings";
4. Choose the timing that fits the content of this learning page better:
- Relative Date: It is a date relative to the start date of the employees. Therefore it will depend on the day that the employee started;
- Fixed Date: Is is a specific calendar date. Therefore, it will be visible to everyone at the same chosen time;
- Always: The learning page will be always available. Of course, this always is dependent on the timing of the whole module as explained above.
5. Don't forget to save the new settings when you are ready.
