If you don't have the option to edit or delete Learning Pages (highlighted in red here below), you probably don't have the permission to edit them.
If you want to know the exact permissions you have, contact the main administrator of the App, who will be able to check your rights in "Settings" - "Manage Roles" and "Edit" under "Actions":
