There are 2 main reasons why this might be happening:
1. Filters:
The filters that you selected in the employees' dashboard don't match with the ones of the content that you are trying to access.
Therefore, you can follow the next steps:
1. Access the backend;
2. Access the module/learning page that you are trying to access;
3. Check the filters configuration and see if they match with the filters that you selected.
Another possibility is that your own filters don't match with the ones of the module/learning page. If that is the case you will have to contact the super admin of the app and ask her/him to check your filters settings and the ones if the module/learning page.
2. Timing:
It can be that the timing that you selected is not the same as the one from the content that you are trying to access:
In that case, you have to check it in the backend. You can check more about timing of learning pages here or here.
