I want to add a new filter for an onboardee but it doesn't show up in the list. Why is that?

The reason why this is happening is probably that you don't have the filter item added to your own account. There are 2 possible things to do:

1. Depending on your admin right, you can access your own profile and add the filters to your own account;

2. If you are not able to do the above mentioned, then you will have to contact another admin with higher rights than you and ask this person to assign the filter to you (that normally should be someone with Super Admin rights).
