There can be 2 main reasons why this error message appears:
1. The employee has already been added in the app: In that case, you can go back to the employees view and type the email of the person in order to find them. If you can't find the person, please refer to this article: I can't add an user/onboardee as it says that it already exists however I can't find her/him in the user list. What can I do?
2. You skipped some mandatory field: In that case, make sure that the following fields are filled in:
-Start/offboarding date;
-First Name;
-Last Name;
-Filters: at least one item for each category.
