The onboarding / offboarding period is the time frame during which the employee has access to the Talmundo App.
Example
A company has a 90 days onboarding period. An onboardee started on the 1st of January. Around the 1st of April, the onboardee will receive an email explaining that her/his onboarding period is over (IMPORTANT: This email does not exist by default. It has to be enabled in the app. If you have questions about how to set it up, contact your CS manager or submit a ticket).
After that the onboardee can still log in to the app but they will see a message explaining that their onboarding period is over. Next to that, they are removed from the onboardee list but remain in the user's list.
Why do they remain in the user's list?
That happens because by remaining in the user's list they can still be used as a key contact for another employee.
What if I want them to be completely deleted from the app?
In that case, you have to also have a "deletion period" set. For example, if the same company mentioned above has a 30 days deletion period it means that, after their onboarding / offboarding period they will remain for 30 days as an user.
What happens after that?
After that, for GDPR reasons, the user is completely deleted from the app and the data that remains in the reports is anonymized.
How do I set the onboarding / offboarding period and deletion period for my app?
