How do I add a key contact to an employee?

That can be done during the creation of the employee or by editing the employee. In both cases, follow the steps below:

1. If you are creating the new employee: Click on actions -> create new onboardee/offboardee (shown in the video below).

or

If you are editing an already existing employee: Find the employeethat has already been added, click on actions (on the right side of the name) -> edit.



2. When inside the profile, find the key contact fields (buddy, hr manager, manager or others);

3. Type the name of the key contact (that should be previously added as an user in the app);

4. Add it;

5. Continue editing the employee in case you are creating a new one or hit save directly after adding the key contact.
