What are "pulse checks"?


The pulse check module allows you to create short surveys (called pulse checks) to check on how the new employee is experiencing her/his transition journey.

Common topics that are covered in pulse checks include the recruitment process, how the onboardee experienced their first week or months, an evaluation of the training program the employee has attended, etc.

During the first year of using the platform it is also useful to have a survey that evaluates the content & platform itself. This way you can discover if the information you’ve provided is relevant & appears at the correct time.
