Push notifications on mobile devices
A big step forward in keeping boardees connected and engaged — Push Notifications are now live on the Boarding app for iOS and Android!
With push notifications, we’re enhancing boardees engagement by offering regular updates via push notifications. They are sent to boardees to inform them about new content available in the Boarding app.
Notifications make it easier for boardees to stay connected by sending regular updates straight to their mobile devices. They’re a modern, user-friendly way to keep everyone in the loop, working alongside emails to make sure no one misses a thing.
Push notifications ensure boardees never miss an update. They’ll appear on their devices even if the app isn’t open or their phone is locked, making it easy to stay informed.
By default, the Push notifications feature is not active. If you would like to have this feature active please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Support.
Email logging - Advanced search
To enable more efficient search through the email logs, we’ve added the Advanced search section to the Email log page.Now, the ‘Advanced options’ section is available on the page to all users (previously, it was only for keepers).
In this section, users can filter emails by the Recipient ('To'), Email template type, Status, and dates:
Bug Fixes
- Apps with 2 template / Not possible to add user with no work email in a 2nd template
- My employees Dashboard / Target date not updated
- Employee Profile / "Edit" in the User details activated edit mode for Other details as well
- Onboardee with Admin rights Key contacts are deleted when Impersonating
- Fix ''Deactivate 2FA'' button in the Onboardee profile.The button is renamed to ‘Reset’ and, it resets the 2FA setup of the onboardee
- Privacy Policy and Terms and conditions - Download pdf fails with 500 error for admins
- Terms & Conditions > Download PDF fails when clicking on the link in terms and conditions at the admin login page.
