I tried to login but I got the following message: "We sent you an email with your validation code, but the code didn't copy correctly..."

If you face this error, there are two things that you can check:

1. The URL that you are trying to access. 

If you are an user and this is your first access, the URL has to finish with a /companyadmin. In case it is not there, please add a /companyadmin to it and try again;

2. The email address that you are using to access.

In some cases, you can be using your personal email address while you should use the company email address or the other way around. Also check if there are typos in the email address.
