An employee did not receive the activation email. What can be causing it?

If your employee/a new admin did not receive the activation email, there are some steps that you can follow:

1. Firstly, check the email logging by going to logging -> email logging (if you don't have access to it, ask for an admin who has it):




2. When there, search for the email address of the employee/admin and check the status:

  • In case the status says: success, there are 2 things that you can check:


2.1 Is it the correct email address? If not, go to the profile of the employee/admin, edit it and resend the activation link. If positive, go to the step below.


2.2 Ask the employee/admin to check her/his spam folder to check if the email is there and whitelist emails coming from: no-reply@talmundo.com.

  • In the case the status says: Failed or Skipped, go to details and check why the email was not sent. 


Check if the cause can be fixed by you. Otherwise, submit a ticket and share the cause with us. We will be happy to investigate the issue.
