I can't add an user/employee: I get an error saying it already exists however I can't find them in the user list. What can I do?

This issue is probably happening because the filter category was left empty on the employee's profile.

You have to be a super admin to add filters. If you are not super admin, contact the super admin of your company and ask them to follow these steps:

1. When in the Onboardees/Offboardees' page, select "no filters" in the filter box:

2. You should be able to find the email;

3. Go to actions -> edit;

4. Check the filters and add the ones missing.
