What happens with admins and employees when a new filter category with new items is created?

When a new filter category is created and at the same time, new items are added to this category, all items will be assigned to all Admins and employees who are in the app

Example: A new filter category gets created: Function. This category has the following items: Manager, Intern and Specialist.


All those items will be added to all users in the app. In most of the cases, that is not what we expect. Therefore, make sure to discuss this with your CS Manager.
