A new filter was added, but when I try to edit a module, I can't select these filters. What can be the cause?

It is important to keep in mind that if a new filter item is created, it needs to also be assigned it to your own account as they are not going to be automatically assigned to you. Therefore, after a new filter item is created, the super admin needs to add these filters to you, and follow the steps below:

1. Go to users and find yourself there;

2. In actions, click on edit;

3. Add the new filter item within the filter category where the new item was added;

4. Hit save.
