Bug Fixes
- Now it is possible to assign key contacts via bulk operations
PLEASE NOTE: while now it’s possible to assign key contacts using Bulk operations, unfortunately, we noticed that users suggested in the Key Contact dropdown are limited to the results of the search in the Onboardees Overview (by email or name). To avoid this issue, we suggest not the limiting onboardees list by the search for now. We will work on this issue in one of the next updates.
- On Apple devices (iPhones and Macs) using the latest version of Safari, forms are displayed correctly
- The blue font in the description of Learning pages in the grid display on the main dashboard has been removed
New Features
- New Product name displayed in the logo: we changed the name from “Onboarding by Talentech” to “Boarding by Talentech”.

Improvements
- The "Support" button has been replaced with "Help" widget
To get help, a user can click on the ‘Help’ widget to get access to the Knowledge base, Guided tours, or get in touch with our Support team. The Guided tours, provide a step-by-step manual for the main process available in the app.
- New Design of the Email Logging page
We continue working on rebuilding the pages of the Admin app to be more user-friendly and aligned with the Talentech design. In this release, you can see the updated version of the Email logs.
We kept the existing functionality and options whilst improving the look and feel of the pages.
- Impact of deleting a task from the library on assigned tasks
To keep the Tasks Library and Assigned tasks consistent, we streamlined the logic of deleting a task from the Library. From now on, if you delete a task in the Tasks Library:
if this task is ‘Active’ in the Assigned task, it will be removed from the list.
if this task is already ‘Completed’ or ‘Cancelled’, it will be still shown there. (We want to keep it in the history so that users can get a better overview of their past tasks).
