Release 115

We are happy to announce Release 114 has been deployed to production. Find below the improvements and bug fixes made:

Improvements

  • Detailed Export

The ‘Detailed export’ is an advanced and flexible export feature allowing users to select fields they would like to include in an Excel file and change the order of the selected fields directly from the app.

The Detailed export is available on Onboardees V2 and Users V2 pages:

In the modal window, you can select the fields to be included in an Excel file, and change their order by dragging and dropping the rows.

After clicking ‘EXPORT USING EXCEL’, an Excel file with the selected fields in the selected order will be generated.

Exporting closed and deleted onboardees:

The Detailed export of onboardees allows you to include closed and deleted onboardees in the file.

  • When none of the toggles is active, only current onboardees are included in the export.

  • For now, the “Include Deleted” should be applied only in combination with “Include Closed” to ensure completeness of the data.

  • When both toggles are active, all onboardees (current, closed, and deleted) are included.

  • Translations

Onboardee and User V2 translations updates in multiple languages: Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, French and Ukrainian.

Additionally, we added a new language translation: Korean. This will be available to all our clients, upon request.

  • Offboarding Template

- Email template settings and UI labels Update

To ensure a smoother experience for customers using Offboarding templates, we updated the UI labels on the 'Email templates' settings pages. Now, users will see relevant labels when creating or updating the email templates in the Offboarding template.

- User & Onboardee V2 – Custom Terminology:

In 115, we implemented the support of custom terminology on Users and Onboardees v2 pages. Now, the UI  labels provided under the Custom Terminology settings will be reflected on the Users and Onboardees pages.

New Filtering feature for Key Contacts

In order to allow users to filter out active key contacts (users who are currently assigned to onboardees), we optimized the logic of the “Key contacts” filter on the Users v2 pages.

The rules are:

  • “Only users who are key contacts” – we show only users who are currently assigned to any active (=exclude closed and deleted) onboardees in all templates.

  • “Only users who are not key contacts” – we show only users who are currently not assigned to any active onboardee in all templates (=users who are not part of the first criteria).

- Filters Component

Based on the customers' feedback concerning the Users and Onboardees pages, we improved the usability of the Filters component.

Previously, it was not possible to minimize the Filters component after you’ve expanded it. It was not convenient and user-friendly, especially for customers with a lot of filters, as they were taking up too much space on a page.

Now, the Filters can be minimized by clicking on the title (category name) again.
