Improvements

Admin Back - End 

  • Statistic Dashboard- Content and Engagement dashboard: awareness of filters and filtering option (VOC) 

After the update, Content and Engagement dashboards are aware of filters, meaning that the reporting data is based on (=limited by) the filters of the logged-in local admin.

Also, both dashboards now have the Filters section, enabling administrators to narrow down data based on selected criteria.

  •  Task Interface - Visibility of the task assignee type in the task Library (VOC)

In order to provide a more informative overview of Tasks in the Library, we added the “Assignee” column to the table, where a user can see the task assignee type for every task. A task assignee type can be:

- User - with an option to see the user’s email by hovering over the cell

- Key contact group, for example, Manager, Buddy - based on the key contact groups created for a company

- Onboardee/Offboardee

Also, a user can use the filtering option to see tasks for one specific task assignee type.

Please note: When a key contact group has been deleted from the app, the task assignee type will be shown as “Unidentified key contact

  • New Email template ''Start/end date change'' (VOC)

We’ve added a new email template to inform a boardee and key contacts in case the start/end date has change. 

The new email template can be created under the Settings → Email templates:

- Click “Add new item”

- Category: Employee; Module action: Start date change/End date change; Use Prefilled EmailTemplate Data: No Prefilled Data or Inform about new start date/Inform about new end date 

In case of selecting the prefilled data, our standard text will be used as a base:

All the settings of this email template are the same as for other email templates:

When created and active, the “Start Date change” email will be sent to the selected recipients when the boardee’s start/end date has changed.

  • ''Pulse check completed '' emails for companies with the ''Hide Pulse checks responses'' active

 To ensure full compliance with data protection requirements, for companies with the “Hide Pulse Check responses” option active, we are not sending the “Pulse check completed” emails even if the email template exists and is active.

Boarding app

  • Undo marking a task as done (VOC) 

To prevent accidental task completion, a confirmation message with an “Undo” button appears briefly when a boardee marks a task as complete. Clicking “Undo” within 5 seconds will revert the task to its “Active” state.

Bug Fixes

  • Using calendar in a different time zone in the Back End is causing errors when adding a start date ✅
  • Module section - Translation button is available for apps with only one language ✅
  • Task module - sorting filter not working properly ✅
  • Logo not showing in emails for some apps ✅
  •  Boarding app - Subpages titles are not translated correctly ✅
