Admin Back-End
'Upcoming (on/off)boardees' section on the Admin Dashboard
We have updated the logic behind the ‘Upcoming boardees’ section on the Admin Dashboard by excluding admin-onboardees from the list.
Bulk Download for Forms Documents and Files *Voice of the Customer Request*
The Forms feature, essential to our boarding solution, enables companies to request and gather information from boardees, including scanned and signed documents. To streamline the process for administrators and save time on document retrieval, we have introduced a bulk download option. Admin Users can now download all available files with a single click ("DOWNLOAD ALL") or select multiple files to download only those selected.
Additionally, users will notice a refreshed look in the Forms section that enhances the new feature:
User Management
'Export using Excel' option is removed
In this release, we have removed the 'Export using Excel' option. Administrators are encouraged to use the 'Detailed Export' functionality instead.
As mentioned in the previous Release notes, since launching the Detailed Export for onboardees and users, we have received feedback that it meets all the needs of the 'Export using Excel' feature while offering even more flexibility.
Task Module
Improved Loading Time for Assigned Tasks
We have refactored the loading logic for assigned tasks, resulting in significantly faster load times. This improvement will enhance the user experience, particularly for companies with a large number of tasks.
Overview of Completed and Cancelled Tasks
Previously, all assigned tasks—including completed and cancelled ones—were highlighted as overdue if their due date had passed, even if they were completed on time or cancelled before the due date.
We have improved the task overview to ensure that completed and cancelled tasks are no longer shown as overdue.
Task Library - Loading spinner when searching for results
We've added a loading spinner in the Tasks Library to indicate when a search is in progress, enhancing the user experience by providing a visual cue during the search.
Task Library - Show only tasks with missing filters
In some cases, tasks may not have filters assigned (e.g., when filter items are deleted). Previously, these tasks were always displayed in the Tasks Library.
Now, we have separated the list so that tasks without filters are only shown when the 'Show only tasks with missing filters' toggle is enabled. This toggle is available exclusively to Super Admins.
Bug Fixes
- Form - Long question/answer are not shown in the PDF Results;
- ‘Resend activation email’ is not sending any email when clicked through the quick action menu;
