Release 112

A new release has been deployed to Talmundo , find here the lastest update:

Improvements

  • Log in to the Onboarding/Offboarding app (FE) from the Admin app (BE) for admin users

Admin users no longer need to go to the Onboarding app (FE) and log in with their credentials to access the Onboarding app for testing purposes and checking the content.

From now on, all admin users (users with any admin role assigned) will see the “Go to Onboarding Experience” button at the top of the Admin Back End page:

With  this button, the Onboarding/Offboaridng app (FE) will open in a new tab, and a user will be automatically logged in as an admin-onboardee with access to the Filter and Time widgets:

Please note : When an admin user clicks on the “Go to Employee Experience”, a new (test) onboardee will be created (if this doesn’t exist yet). This is similar to the current logic when an admin user logs in to the Onboarding app for the first time.

  • Support different task assignees types (differentiate between onboardees tasks  and Key Contact tasks)

We refined the logic of the tasks shown to a person under the “My tasks” list.

Previously, a person (a key contact or an onboardee) would see all the tasks assigned to them under the   “My tasks” list ,regardless of whether a task is assigned to them as a user, a key contact, or an onboardee/offboardee.

Now, the tasks are separated so that:

1. In the Onboarding app, we display only the tasks assigned to a person as an onboardee/offboardee (the assignee type is the Onboardee/Offboardee):

2. On the “My tasks” page (access via the link from the View tasks email), we display only the tasks assigned to a person as a user/key contact (the assignee type is the User or the Key Contact):

This way, we ensure a person has a clear overview of their tasks and can focus on the assignments based on their role in the journey.

Bug Fixes

  • Learning pages which are set to show 30 days before start date, are now visible to Admins and Onboardees with a start date -30 days.
  • Slalom Component view in Mobile Device : now the correct amount of swipe bars is displaying.
